Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Executive

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
* Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Job Description:
We Staff have partnered with an award-winning supplier and distributer of sustainable catering and packaging equipment to the UK food-2-go sector.
We are searching for a bubbly and ambitions Sales & Customer Service Executive to be the voice and face to new and existing customers and clients.
Main Purpose of the Job:
* Order processing via phone & email
* Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers
* Upselling to new and existing customers
* Rejuvenation of business
* Follow up and chase sample requests
* Taking incoming sales calls in the absence of the Sales Team
* Operate Live Chat System
* Work as part of a team
Personal Activities:
* Meet set weekly targets
* Handle administration from calls and tasks assigned by senior management
* Account manage any accounts handed over by Senior Management
* Conduct mailshots/mailers to existing and/or new customers
* Take incoming sales calls
* Engage customers with questions to keep conversation going
* Listen to customers' needs to generate repeat sales
* Gather and document customer information, purchases, and reactions to products
* Stay updated on all products and inform customers of new products
* Answer customers' questions on the products
