Zachary Daniels are currently working with a market leading fashion brand who are dedicated to providing high-quality products. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee operations and ensure efficiency within the warehouse operation.

Job Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory control processes, including stock levels, order fulfillment, and discrepancy resolution.
Develop and implement best practices for warehouse layout and organization to maximize productivity.Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors to optimize transportation and delivery processes.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager with experience within an e-comm, wholesale and bricks and mortar operation
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
