We are recruiting a Site Manager to lead and develop a school site team, combining hands-on work with strategic oversight.

Overview:

As Site Manager, for a single school trust, you’ll ensure school premises are safe and efficient by overseeing maintenance, security, health and safety, and lead a small team.

A typical week:

* Management of site team

* Ensure site is safe & maintained to high standards

* Lead Health & Safety compliance

* Manage contracts & supplier relationships

You'll need the following:

* Leadership/Team management experience

* Strong Health & Safety knowledge

* Maintenance/DIY skills

* Car driver & vehicle access
