We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a leading Plant Hire company at their new, flagship Cowbridge Depot. This is a great opportunity to join a national firm in a modern working environment. This roles comes with great variety and is a role where you will have the chance to showcase your excellent communication and organisational skills.
As Customer Service Administrator you will:
Deal with all hire processes including hire contracts, source equipment, check availability of equipment and arrange deliveries.
Input all order information onto the company IT system.
Provide costings to the customer.
Deal with any customer queries
Arrange off-hires and collection of equipment.
Process all paperwork in line with company policies and procedures in a trimly and organised manner.
Liaise with customers and suppliers over the telephone.
Deal with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs.This role not only comes with convenient working hours ( Monday - Friday ) , a modern working environment, annual bonus and a competitive starting salary, but also realistic opportunities for progression as the company continues to grow.
