My client, a leading company in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team. This is a permanent role based at a static site, ideal for an experienced engineer with a strong background in facilities maintenance and electrical qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of facilities systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Diagnose and repair equipment issues to ensure smooth operation of the site.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain the site to the highest standards.Qualifications & Experience:

Electrically qualified with extensive experience in facilities maintenance.
Proven track record in a similar role within the facilities management sector.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.Salary & Benefits:
