The Company:
A very successful e-commerce business

Main duties:
Assist and support customers with their enquiries

The Role:
- Answer customers’ enquiries on the phone, webchat and email
- Investigate warranty claims and act accordingly
- Handle all Ecommerce administration duties
- Coordinate return deliveries and refunds
- Help the reception with welcoming guests, taking deliveries, and other duties as required

The candidate:
- Fluent in French and/or German (both written and verbally)
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and team player
- Driven to progress
- IT literate

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits
