Interaction are recruiting for a Production Operative for a great company in the Minehead area. 

The Role - 

The role is involved in all levels of production of the final product. Due to the nature of the role, the training is provided and the knowledge of the experienced team will be shared in order to assist this. In time the production operative will be able to manufacture the products from start to finish. 

Main Duties - 

- Cutting/Dripping - preperation of wire for production process 

- Weaving - main production task 

- Assembly - Putting grip together, ready for the final stage

- Finishing - Use of Machinery to complete and stamp the product priort to despatch.

- Quality Control - Each member of the team is the first point of quality control.

- Keep work space clear and Tidy 

- Moving Wire about the workshop

- Advisinf management of stock running low
