Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineer required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer.

The successful Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineer will provide technical specification advice and manage the sales process including generating quotations, processing orders, raising purchase orders and invoices, documentation, proposals and other aspects of sales support.

The Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineer will have ideally have technical sales, sales support experience  or hand on experience with pumps or similar mechanical engineering products/services such as HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressed air, capital equipment, rotating equipment or general mechanical engineering products . Full product training provided.
 
This role is a role that is an open role for someone technical to is looking to move into a sales position and progress further in their career, a technical background is essential.

Package:

£28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineer Role:
Provide technical advice and guidance on various pumps, pump systems and associated products as per customers’ specification.
Generate tailored quotations and proposals for pumps, pump systems and associated products to meet customers’ requirements.
Manage sales process including handling enquiries, providing technical support, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support and all other aspects of sales support - e.g. sales orders, order processing, expediting, purchase orders and documentation.
Product specification advice and after sales support of pumps, pumps systems and associated products.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Commutable to the office near Burton upon Trent.

Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineer Requirements:
Experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Support Engineer, Engineering Administrator, Contracts Engineer, Proposals Engineer, Technical Advisor, Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Coordinator or similar within the engineering industry.
Experience working with pumps, pump systems, pump stations or similar mechanical engineering equipment such as HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressed air, capital equipment, rotating equipment. Full product training provided.
Experience providing technical sales / sales support within an engineering environment.
An engineering technical qualification, apprentice trained, HNC, HND or degree would be highly desirable.
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
