Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with a love for teaching young learners?
We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join our wonderful team at a nurturing school set in the picturesque village of Sutton Courtenay, Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic teacher to inspire and support our students in their early learning journey, working part-time (4 days a week).

The Role-
As a Year 1 teacher, you will be responsible for:

* Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
* Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progress.
* Creating a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
* Working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
* Contributing to the development of a strong school community.#

We are looking for a teacher who:

* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and has experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
* Is passionate about working with young children and can inspire a love of learning.
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Is flexible, creative, and able to work well as part of a team.
* Has a positive approach to teaching and is enthusiastic about contributing to school life.
