About the role

 As a Senior People Partner at Lampton 360, you will Partner with leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them. You will support the advisory team to provide guidance and resolution to employee relations matters and be seen as a trusted advisor to senior managers on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations. 

Key Responsibilities include:

Taking ownership of a business area and provide input on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies which support the delivery of the Group plan. 
Provide guidance and mentorship to People team members. 
Lead and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive work environment. Develop and implement programs that promote employee recognition, wellness, and work-life balance. 
Advise senior managers on complex employee relations issues. Support the advisory team to provide guidance, support, and resolution to employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations. 
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Lead the develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote fair and consistent practices across the organisation. Communicate and educate People team members and senior leaders’ best practice, policies.
Leverage People data and analytics to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions. Provide meaningful People metrics and reports to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement. 
Participate in People-related projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the People department. 

About you 

To be successful in this role, you will have strong generalist HR experience working in a dynamic and cross-cultural environment within a complex multifaceted organisation. You will have the ability to build exceptional stakeholder relationships and to understand the organisation's goals and challenges, with the aptitude to lead and influence change in a complex and fast-paced environment. 

Experience and Qualifications required

CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent or qualified by experience.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting. 
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills 
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. 
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software applications. 
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
