Role Overview:
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct Level 2 and 3 building surveys and Home Buyer Reports.
- Assist the consultancy team in delivering top-tier projects.
- Perform detailed site inspections, offering expert guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with external clients and consultant teams.

Requirements:
- MRICS qualification with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Expertise in Level 2 and 3 building surveys and Home Buyer Reports.
- Proficiency with modern reporting software.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ideally based in the **Southwest** of the UK.
