Our client, a well-established name in the insurance industry, is seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join their growing team in Ruislip. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and targets, eager to develop a successful career in insurance.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate new business opportunities within the personal lines insurance sector
Engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships to drive customer retention and referrals
Work towards and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience 
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a target-driven sales role (any industry considered)
A confident, results-focused, and ambitious mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach to identifying and converting new business opportunities
A genuine interest in the insurance sector and a willingness to learn

Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
