Kitchen Sales Designer -Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

KBB Recruitment are pleased to be working with longstanding clients to find a Kitchen Designer for a showroom in Market Harborough.

The showroom is backed by a well established and flourishing sister company, and has a well structured and funded marketing plan, you will be fully supported. As part of an integral team you will progress on the back of your successes.

For this exciting position, you must have the following experience (training will also be given)

* Minimum of 2 years experience in a design role

* Customer-centric and able to build relationships quickly

* Design and Sale of Kitchens (AOV £20-35k)

* Knows the difference and how to sell features and benefits

* Ability to read and understand Architect plans

* Ability to generate M&E drawings for site works

* Understand the schedule of works and BOM

* Understand regulations

* Ability to design the concept to completion

* Flexible to continue learning

* Well presented

* Drive to succeed

* Understands how to sell a brand

* Have either used Winner or have german experience

OTE £45,000 upwards with a strong, uncapped commission structure with many designers earning in excess of £70k
