Town Planner - Belfast
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process planning applications across a variety of projects
Engage with stakeholders, local authorities, and clients to deliver planning solutions
Prepare reports, documents, and planning submissions
Provide advice on planning policies, regulations, and guidelines
Contribute to the development of strategic planning projectsRequirements:
Degree in Town Planning or related field
Working towards or already achieved Chartered status (e.g., MRTPI)
Relevant experience in town planning or development management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
