Main Responsibilities:
* Customer-Focused Sales Support: Serve as a key contact for customers, offering expert advice on tooling and consumables and delivering exceptional service.
* Revenue Management: Take ownership of sales revenue and profitability, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
* Supplier Coordination: Collaborate closely with key suppliers to enhance product offerings and maintain a strong supply chain.
* Technical Expertise: Provide technical tooling support and solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
* Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, contributing to the growth of the company’s market presence.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to launch campaigns, generate leads, and drive brand recognition.
* Customer Insights: Assess customer profitability and risks, prioritising visits and strategies to maximise long-term business relationships.
* Forecasting and Reporting: Deliver regular forecasts and activity reports, maintaining transparency with senior management.
* Exhibitions and Events: Represent the company at industry events, showcasing the product range and connecting with potential clients.

This role is suited for a hands-on engineer with experience in the tooling and cutting tools industry, preferably with an apprenticeship background.
