We’re working with a well-loved, family-run FMCG business in the heart of Herefordshire that’s been quietly making waves for well over a century. They’re on the hunt for a multi-skilled Engineer to join their close-knit team and keep production ticking along nicely.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the go-to person for both electrical and mechanical maintenance across production lines and wider site areas. Planned maintenance, fault finding, diagnostics — the lot. It’s a fast-moving environment, but the team’s solid and there’s real pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll also help spot smarter ways of working to reduce waste, costs, and downtime.

The shift pattern is rotating:

* Mon–Fri: 6:00–14:30 and 14:00–22:30

* Sun–Thurs: 22:00–06:30

What you’ll bring to the table:

* Solid hands-on experience with both electrical and mechanical kit

* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering

* Good understanding of PLCs and production machinery

* A cool head under pressure and a collaborative mindset

* Experience in an FMCG environment? Even better
