Key Responsibilities:

Tailored Solutions – Understand client needs, propose customised solutions, and prepare compelling quotations.

Sales Pipeline Management – Track and manage all opportunities effectively to ensure seamless follow-ups.

Collaboration & Reporting – Provide detailed call reports to the Sales Manager for analysis and strategic planning.

Customer Retention – Maintain long-term client relationships and coordinate field visits with the external sales team.

Cross-Department Liaison – Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Maximise Opportunities – Follow the sales process to optimise revenue and business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.

Ability to work independently while being a great team player.

Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
