The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you will work across prime residential (40%), commercial offices (40%) & mixed-use (20%) projects predominately within London.
With values ranging from £3M - £300M.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

4+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)
*
MRICS/MCIOB qualified
*
JCT Contract Administration
*
Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
