Group Senior HR Business Partner required for a global environment improvement product company. Excellent package + career prospects. Hybrid role from Dudley - must be mobile and happy to travel to other sites.

We are looking for an ambitious Group Senior HR Business Partner to take ownership of the UK HR operational and strategic aspects of this global product company that has sites in the UK, Europe and North America, employing 750+ staff.

This developing business provides an excellent opportunity for an HR Professional looking for their next step, someone who enjoys managing a small team of HR colleagues, and who is as comfortable ‘rolling their sleeves up’ to manage the ‘day to day’, as they are developing and implementing HR strategy, improvement projects and advising senior management staff across the group.

Group Senior HR Business Partner Additional experience to support your role:

* Degree level qualification in a related discipline.

* CIPD level 5 or above (or working towards).

* Proven track record of providing best practice HR Business Partner services in a busy HR environment.

* Strong background in employee relations and change management; including planning and project management through to effective delivery.

* Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice and demonstrate willingness to maintain CPD.

* Experience of working across multi-site organisations and providing remote support.

* Experience of supporting all levels of management.

* Background in supporting employee engagement initiatives, driving a culture of positive change, diversity and inclusion.

* Experience of delivering employee training and coaching; guidance on talent management.
