Position: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Manchester and Liverpool, with potential further travel

Involve are currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Project Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable national construction electrical sub-contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse and high-profile construction projects, with values ranging from £115,000 to £4 million.

Our client specialises in delivering first-class electrical installations across a wide range of projects, including apartments, office developments, and large-scale commercial properties.

The Role:
As the Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of electrical installations on a variety of challenging projects. From planning and procurement to execution and client handover, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee electrical installations on projects such as new-build apartments, innovative office spaces, and commercial developments.

* Plan and schedule project activities to meet deadlines and budgets.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

* Manage and supervise electricians and subcontractors on-site.

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and health and safety compliance.

* Manage project documentation, including procurement schedules, RAMS, and progress reports.

* Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in managing electrical projects within the construction sector - specifically new builds.

* Strong knowledge of electrical installations for new builds, apartments, offices, and commercial projects.

* Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

* A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation)

* Full UK driving license.
