A new Weekend Concierge position has become available at a large private residential development. You would be responsible for providing a professional front of house Concierge Reception facility as well as maintaining strict security and access control onto the development. Key Duties will include ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services at the development, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues, conducting regular site security inspections and operations, acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests, and helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff at the development. The successful candidate must have a professional attitude to service provision, the ability to resolve complaints effectively, and a flexible ‘can do’ attitude. Must have good IT administrative skills to be administer keys and parcels and send emails, reports etc
