Senior Project Manager – London & South

£70k – £90k + £5k car allowance + senior benefits

Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established Maintenance Service Provider to make the key appointment of Senior Project Manager – London & South Region.

Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Director of Projects, the Senior Project Manager will have responsibility for the alignment and integration of project delivery in line with the company strategy. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will oversee a team of regional Project Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver defined project portfolio outputs safely and effectively on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements & explain feasibility of their schemes.
Work with developers, designers/sub-contractors to define & document scopes of work.
Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and in turn outcome.
Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the client as required.
Carry out full tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns.
Competitively price the works whilst returning expected profit margins.
Review all preconstruction information and implement a construction phase plan.
Engage with sub-contractors under the correct commercial terms.

About you:

You ideally have a recognized PM qualification/’accreditation via: MRICS, MCIOB, CIBSE or ARB.
Have previously held a Senior PM positions with either an M&E Service Provider or Contractor.
Have experience of JCT, NEC, or MTC forms of contract.
Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office package.

My client is looking for a well organised and self-starting Senior Project Manager with excellent communication, budgetary, and stakeholder management skills.
