Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for internal communications?

Do you have experience communicating organisational change, managing diverse internal communication channels, and inspiring teams? Have you successfully led and mentored communication professionals?

If so, this role is for you.

You will lead on development and delivery of a programme of internal communication that increases employee engagement and productivity, supports change, and promotes company culture and brand. You’ll also manage two communications team members and assist the Communications Manager with crisis communication efforts.

You’ll be joining at an exciting time as Southdown is developing it’s Business Strategy for (Apply online only).
