Location: South Birmingham (B45 & B32)
Pay Rate: £180 per Day (CIS)
Contract Type: 12 weeks temporary before going permanent (Will still be paid CIS once perm)
Hours: 8am - 4pm

About the Role:
Think Recruitment is looking for a skilled Multi Trader to join a reputable team carrying out snagging and maintenance work within Social Housing properties across South Birmingham. This role involves working across Tenanted and Void properties, with a focus on Kitchens and Bathrooms.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out snagging and general maintenance work
Working on Kitchens and Bathrooms of Social Housing properties
Both Tenanted and Void properties are included in the role
Ensuring high standards of work and customer satisfactionRequirements:

Own Van and Tools are essential
Previous experience in maintenance, particularly within Social Housing, is desirable
