Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Leadership: Support high standards of quality and compliance across all aspects of learners' journeys and lead internal Quality Assurance (IQA) strategies and activities.
Curriculum Development: Drive continuous improvement across a range of Work Based programmes and support curriculum development.
Team Management: Line manage Trainer Assessors to ensure high-quality provision and good practice.
Collaboration: Work closely with management to enhance apprenticeship experiences and ensure a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
External Engagement: Plan and execute external quality assurance visits and End Point Assessments for apprentices.
Essential Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:
Level 3 relevant vocational qualification
Level 3 TAQA or equivalent assessing qualification
Internal Quality Assurance Qualification
Experience:
Training and assessing within a Further Education or training environment
Recent vocational experience or continuous professional development in a relevant industry
Professional experience dealing with employers
Desirable Attributes:
Leadership and management qualifications
Level 4 Leading Internal Quality Assurance Qualification
Experience with e-Portfolios and managing caseloads of work-based learners
Experience in conducting assessment processes and internal quality assurance
