£32,000 Salary + OTE (£40,000) - Monday to Friday - 40 hour working week - Overtime paid at 1.5x hrly rate

My client is seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join their busy workshop in Falmouth. The ideal candidate will be a passionate vehicle technician with a strong desire to specialise in MOT testing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish themselves as a sole MOT tester and work within a friendly and professional environment in Falmouth.

Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough MOT tests on a variety of vehicles, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Accurately diagnosing and reporting any defects or issues identified during inspections.
Providing clear and concise information to customers regarding test results and recommended repairs.
Maintaining accurate records of all MOT tests and test results.
Assisting with general workshop duties as needed.Requirements:

Valid MOT license for categories 4 and 7.
Proven experience as a vehicle technician/MOT Tester.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
