My client, a highly esteemed food manufacturing PLC situated in Lincolnshire, is searching for a Procurement Manager. The role

Reporting into the Site Director you will manage supplier accounts for raw materials & packaging. This includes obtaining pricing & specifications, negotiating contract pricing and terms, maintaining systems data, reporting, tracking market trends and supplier performance, risk assessment of suppliers and raw materials. To manage the procurement team members.

The person

Our ideal candidate will must have previous experience in a procurement role, ideally within a food manufacturing environment, CIPS is desirable.

You will have strong verbal & written skills to effectively disseminate information within the business, as well as to both customers and suppliers, along with good problem solving skills and being a creative thinker.
