Application Requirements: We’re seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals with:
• A genuine interest in education and helping children thrive.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role.
• A proactive and positive approach to supporting learners.
• A relevant qualification in education or childcare, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist class teachers in EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
• Work across different age groups, helping students who need extra support, including those with SEN needs.
• Deliver boosters and interventions to help children achieve academic success.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
