An excellent role is on offer for a service engineer looking to join a market-leading, rapidly growing company where you will receive extensive training and have the opportunity to work on technically exciting machinery.

Are you a Service engineer with experience working on Refrigeration and chill food processing Equipment? Are you happy to travel both domestically and internationally?

This multinational company a leader in their industry and is going from strength to strength. They are now looking for another Service engineer to join their highly successful team.

As a service Engineer, you will provide on or off-site corrective or preventative maintenance and offer after-sales technical support solutions once a product has been sold.

Typically, the role is split between the Wolvey site and the customers' premises with
Regular travel within the UK is a common feature, on average this will involve 2 x overnight stays per week. Overseas (worldwide) travel is also required for short periods, on average this is estimated as 3 -4 times per year.
Typical work activities include:

Responding to customer call-outs
Evaluating and resolving problems
Assisting with the installation and commissioning of equipment
Offering customer training
Repairing, testing and maintaining equipment
Monitoring the performance of products
Provide and Maintain machine manuals
Making recommendations to customers and their maintenance technicians
A good all-round knowledge and fault-finding ability to both mechanical and electrical issuesThe person

Experience with Refrigeration equipment maintenance.
Experience working with ICE Cream, Dairy, or Chilled/ Frozen food manufacturing and processing equipment.
Happy with occasional Stay aways and travel.
Full UK driving Licence
