Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrcial Night Shift Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation working at Heathrow Airport.
We are looking for a Electrical Night Shift Engineer who wants to work in a role offering night work only on a 4 on 4 off shift patterm.
As the Electrical Night Shift Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services and carry our othe multi skilled tasks as required.
The Electrical Night Shift Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Carrying out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks as across electrical distribution systems, associated plant / equipment.
* Calibrating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant to optimise both reliability and maintainability.
* Investigating faults, identify causes and effect remedies.
* Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met.
* Monitoring BMS for running and alarm conditions.
* Building walk-rounds, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU’s and utilities.
* Preparing accurate / timely reports as required.
* Ensuring corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with current PPM regulations.
* Assisting with installation works when required.
To be successful for this Electrical Night Shift Engineer role you must have:
* NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline)
* 18th Edition
* Have good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
* Maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974).
* Able to read and understand technical drawings.
* Have good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
