Our client is one of the UK's largest independent surfacing contractors, delivering bespoke surfacing solutions across a wide range of industries nationwide and throughout the UK.

We are seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to work as part of our Logistic team reliable and skilled Multi-Drop Fuel Driver to join our dedicated team and support our operations. Working hours will be 10 hours a day.

Role Responsibilities:

Delivering ordered materials to job sites, manage delivery schedules, and ensure materials are handled safely.
Loading and unload materials carefully to prevent damage.
Conducting pre- and post-delivery vehicle inspections, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Communicating with site managers prior to or during deliveries to confirm specifications and resolve any issues.
Keeping accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and any discrepancies.
Manage stock levels at the depot to minimize the amount of inventory on hand.
Ensure the company’s duty of care is upheld for all waste streams returned and/or generated at the depot.

Requirements:

A minimum of a class 2 Licence
A valid Driver CPC
A clean driving Licence
Strong communication skills
