A highly-regarded secondary school in Merton, London, is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Enforce and maintain the school's behaviour policies effectively.
Engage with students to identify and address behavioural challenges.
Provide mentorship on a one-to-one and small group basis, promoting positive development.
Work in partnership with teachers and parents to create and implement behaviour support plans.
Contribute to strategies aimed at improving the overall school climate.
Accurately document behavioural incidents and interventions using the school's MIS system.Requirements:
Experience in a Behaviour Mentor role or similar position.
Strong grasp of behaviour management techniques.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to connect with students and support their engagement in learning.
A proactive mindset focused on finding solutions to behavioural issues.
