£38,000 to £42,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Monday to Friday 07:00 -18:00 with o

ne Saturday shift once a fortnight

Workshop Manager

Details:

Ensuring all equipment has been tested and is fit to hire

Oversee pre-delivery inspections and routine maintenance of machinery

Liaise with Hire Desk for collections and re-hires

Ensure all Health & Safety protocols are followed when operating machinery.

Holding weekly team catch-up meetings

Ensure all targets and deadlines are achieved by leading and efficiently managing your team

Workshop Manager Requirements:

A background in mechanical engineering and experience working with a variety of attachments and machinery.

A previous supervisor or management background

Live in or easily commute to Greenford
