Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

The Firm

Our client is a highly respected practice with multiple offices in Essex. The firm is friendly and has a supportive working environment , the Private Client team pride themselves on being professional and approachable.

The Role

The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing Private Client Team.

The successful candidate will be handling a range of Private Client matters relating to.

* Non – taxable and taxable Estates, high value Estates of £1 million +

* Private Client fee earning work including , drafting Wills and LPA’s,

* Experience of Court of Protection work and application for Deputyships non- essential but preferred

* Experience of registration and administration of Trusts desirable

* Assisting elderly clients

* The caseload will be of good quality, interesting and varied

Requirements

* The position would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive minimum 2 year’s PQE

* Private Client experience essential

* Ability to communicate with a range of clients including elderly clients

* Excellent time management skills

* Excellent drafting and analytical skills

* Enhanced career progression and management responsibilities

* While this is a full time position candidates who are looking for 4 days per week would also be considered
