Salary: £45k – £52k, plus annual, business performance-related bonus

About the Role:

You'll be a key part of a team delivering critical features, working with Java Spring Boot, Angular, and MySQL. We value individuals who are passionate about building robust and scalable applications.

What You'll Do:

* Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java Spring Boot, Angular, and MySQL.

* Develop microservices and APIs to support modular and scalable application development.

* Write and optimise SQL queries for our MySQL database.

* Utilize queuing technologies like ActiveMQ and Kafka for enhanced system functionality.

* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

* Manage your development workflow using tools like GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.

* Contribute to agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

* Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For:

* Strong experience in either Java Spring Boot or Angular, with a willingness to learn the other.

* Proficiency in MySQL and SQL query optimisation.

* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
