About the Role:

As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing friendly and efficient service, and ensuring the café remains clean and well-maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about coffee and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum of 2 years of barista experience in a café or specialty coffee environment

* A strong passion for coffee, with knowledge of different brewing methods and techniques

* Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused, with great communication skills

* Reliable and punctual, with a proactive and hardworking attitude

* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

* Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and maintaining a tidy work environment

* Experience operating professional coffee machines and grinders

* A team player who can also take initiative when needed

What You’ll Do:

* Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee and beverages to customers

* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each guest feels welcome and valued

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café, including the coffee bar and seating areas

* Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with care and precision

* Assist with stock management, restocking supplies, and ensuring ingredients are fresh

* Work efficiently during busy periods while keeping up the quality of drinks and service

* Engage with customers, answer any questions, and make recommendations when needed
