Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for your next challenge? We're hiring for an IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic global support team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely anywhere in the UK, with occasional visits to the London office (2 days per month).

The Role:

Provide IT post-sales support and analyse customer needs to recommend solutions.
Assist with software installations and respond to customer calls and emails.
Manage and resolve support incidents related to licences, hardware, and software.
Test bug fixes and pre-release software versions, providing feedback to development teams.What You'll Bring:

Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen in hardware and software troubleshooting.
Experience in IT support, ideally with exposure to global support centres.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
