1) Trust and Tax work.
2) Business succession planning.
3) Capital Gains Tax ('CGT') advice.
4) Estate and succession planning.
5) Farm/agricultural property succession planning
6) Inheritance Tax ('IHT') planning.
7) All aspects of preparing Wills.
8) Post death variations.
9) Trust creation and trust Administration.
10) Trust tax and estate administration and tax compliance.
