Location: Surrey (M3 Corridor, Farnborough/Camberley area)
Rate: £300 - £350 per day (Umbrella/CIS)
Start Date: Immediate

Overview

Our client, a Tier 1 contractor, is seeking an experienced Civils Site Agent to join their team working on National Highways framework projects in the Surrey area. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to civil engineering schemes valued between £20k and £3m, covering kerbs, footways, drainage, and related works.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, program, and deliver multiple schemes, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

* Fulfill Principal Contractor duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery.

* Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

* Monitor site progress, identifying and resolving issues effectively.

* Actively engage in planning and execution to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

* Essential:

* Proven experience with National Highways projects.

* Strong IT skills, proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications.

* Valid CSCS Manager Card.

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

* Ability to commute within 1 hour of Farnborough/Camberley.

* Desirable:

* Experience managing civil works (kerbs, footways, drainage).

* Knowledge of National Highways frameworks and standards.
