Role Overview: As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process for our super prime residential projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, and project teams to ensure that designs meet the highest standards of luxury and functionality. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional residential spaces that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the design process for super prime residential projects from concept to completion.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.

* Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine design concepts.

* Ensure that designs meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

* Oversee the production of detailed design drawings and specifications.

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity is maintained.

* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior design team members.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Design Manager, with a focus on super prime residential projects.

* Strong background in architecture, interior design, or a related field.

* Excellent understanding of luxury residential design and current market trends.

* Exceptional leadership and project management skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.

* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
