Your new role

As Contract Administrator, you will coordinate and oversee the end-to-end maintenance processes for the the Tunnels and Pump Stations contract. This role ensures planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, emergency callouts (ECO), and defect reporting are carried out efficiently, adhering to client standards and KPI benchmarks.

Your key responsibilities will include

* Develop and implement detailed PPM schedules that meet client requirements and regulatory standards for tunnel and pump station assets.

* Create comprehensive yearly traffic management plans and secure necessary road space permits.

* Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance activities within the TFL Maximo system, including PPM, ECO, and defect handling.

* Partner with senior maintenance engineers to craft weekly task lists for PPM and reactive maintenance, distributing them to supervisors.

* Maintain clear and consistent communication with the client, providing updates on maintenance progress, emergency responses, and defect resolution.

* Ensure asset data integrity by regularly updating the Maximo system to reflect the latest asset information.

* Collaborate with supply chain partners to confirm resource availability for maintenance schedules.

* Support additional duties as needed to streamline contract operations and workflow execution.

About you

The ideal candidate is Contract Administrator will be strong attention to detail and previous programming experience.

Your day to day will compromise of

* Experienced in planning, coordination, and execution of preventative and corrective maintenance for tunnel and pump station assets.

* Monitor and assess maintenance performance to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

* Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to source required materials, equipment, and specialized services for maintenance activities.

* Review and approve work orders, ensuring they align with maintenance objectives and contractual obligations.

* Manage and track maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting operational needs.

* Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in asset management processes and maintenance efficiency
