Internal Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding

Location: Basildon, Essex

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Job Type: Full Time - Flexible Working

The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and supporting sales efforts in delivering high-quality freight forwarding solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of logistics and freight services, and a passion for driving sales growth.

From You:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in generating sales, meeting or exceeding targets, and maintaining client relationships.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics operations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
Technology Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
