Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (Dependent on experience), Commission, Car Allowance

Overview:
Spencer & James Recruitment are seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator seeking to work out of London's highest profile areas at a independently owned Estate Agents with a strong presence in London. You will gain some of the best benefits in the industry as a core member of this team.

Responsibilities:

* Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants. Understand client needs and provide suitable property options.

* Property Management: Conduct viewings, assess properties, coordinate inspections, and ensure legal standards.

* Negotiation: Negotiate rental agreements, clarify terms, and prepare necessary paperwork.

* Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and identify business opportunities.

* Administrative Tasks: Maintain records and collaborate with the administrative team.

Qualifications:

* 6+ months experience as a Lettings Negotiator

* Proven experience in real estate or property management

* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of local property laws and regulations

* Attention to detail and organizational skills

* Proficiency in property management software

* Full UK Driving License
