We are delighted to support our client in their search for an Office Administrator, this is a permanent opportunity and will be based onsite in South Lanarkshire.
Key responsibilities are detailed below but we would really love for you to be a whizz with PowerPoint, have the confidence to be present with the Senio Leadership Team and have an appetite for working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team and coordinating work in the wider office environment.
To provide a professional and efficient front of house reception service, projecting a positive and professional image of the business at all times
To provide comprehensive administrative assistance and support to the members of the Senior Team, including the Chief Executive.
Conduct day to day office and administrative support activities.
