A brand-new opportunity for a Principal Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) based in the East Midlands area (minimum RBI 2F or 3) to join our client’s team on a contract basis.

The Role:

This is a Principal Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both on Domestic and/or Commercial schemes.

* £65- £75/hr DOE

* Initial 3-6-month contract

* Outside IR35 a possibility

* Full or part time available
