Position Title: Closing Team Manager

Salary: £40,000

Role Overview: As the Closing Manager within our Franchising team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success. This position demands a dynamic leader with a robust background in sales pipeline management and a hands-on approach to developing and implementing sales training and best practices. You will lead a small team dedicated to increasing conversion rates, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.

Key Responsibilities of Closing Team Manager:

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing closing team to optimise conversion rates and sales efficiency.
Sales Training & Best Practices: Develop and roll out comprehensive sales training programs and establish best practices to enhance team performance and drive sales growth.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective tracking, management, and conversion of leads.
Strategic Impact: Contribute to the strategic direction of the sales function, working closely with other team members to align efforts with the company's goals.
Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales metrics and performance data to refine strategies, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive success.
