Are you a maintenance engineer available immediately? Do you live near Braintree? If so, we're looking for a Temporary Factory Maintenance Engineer to join this busy team for at least a 3 month period.

An electronics manufacturing company in Braintree are looking for a maintenance engineer to join them as soon as possible. Pay will be up to £20ph depending on experience and working hours are Monday to Thursday, 07:45 to 16:15 and a 15:15 finish on Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on factory machinery to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimise downtime
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to prolong equipment lifespan
Collaborate with the production team to address maintenance needs and ensure seamless operations
Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any recurring issuesQualifications:

Proven experience in factory machine maintenance
Ideally have a forklift licence, however not essential for the role
