BOAS Maintenance Engineer**
6-Month Contract
Location: Rotherham
Rate: £32.50-£35.00p/h (Limited Co. / Umbrella)
We are collaborating with a leading company that specializes in project management, installations, and site maintenance, with a focus on serving food processing and manufacturing clients. They are looking for a BOAS Maintenance Engineer, to assist with general work.
As a BOAS Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to conduct the following duties:
Perform maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment, utilities, and building systems.
Ensure compliance with BOAS (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme) for boilers.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, and water systems to ensure proper functionality.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Successful BOAS Maintenance Engineer will need to have the following attributes:
NVQ Level 3 qualification
BOAS trained
Experience in maintenance within a food production or similar environment
Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of bakery electrical systems
