Our Client is looking for a F+B assistant with previous experience of working within a similar environment. Set in a picturesque setting, a 4* Hotel, set in unspoilt surroundings offering an opulent experience for its customers.

As F & B assistant you will be required to assist the smooth running of the food and beverage offered in the hotel. The ability to think fast and be initiative will be required to assist the team to deliver excellent customer service. The F + B assistant must be able to work under pressure in a calm manner and able to deal with people form a variety of cultures and backgrounds. Communication is key in this role.

Main areas of responsibility will be: Working under the F + B supervisor, performance in line with procedures and responsibilities. Communicate effectively with the the team and deliver excellent customer service.
