Description

Lead financial planning and budgeting processes within the department.
Analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Work alongside senior management to formulate the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives.
Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments.
Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced.
Oversee the company's transaction processing systems and implement operational best practices.Profile

A successful Financial Business Partner should have:

Proven experience in a finance role
Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
Strong understanding of econometric modelling and financial planning.
Exemplary leadership abilities, capable of managing a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial colleagues.Job Offer
